Presentación

She holds a Degree in Sociology, a Master Degree in Law and Public Policies and PhD in Economic and Business Administration. She has conducted three research predoctoral stays in Mexico; two of them in Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and the other one in FLACSO-México. She has also been awarded with several scholarships to attend summer courses in Harvard University; Goethe University and University of Turin. She has taught three academic years Introduction to Sociology of Tourism in the Faculty of Tourism and Geography in the Universitat Rovira i Virgili. She has an extensive experience as a communicator at national and international conferences. She has participated in several research projects linked to tourism and development. Outside the academic realm, she has been parliament assistant at the Catalan Parliament giving technical support to several commissions such as Enterprise and Knowledge Committee which includes legislative initiatives to develop tourism and internationalization for companies.
